Stuart has mediated more than 120 construction and engineering disputes involving a wide range of issues and contract forms, contractual, professional negligence, insurance and subrogated claims, and specialist disciplines within the sector such as water-treatment, civil and structural engineering, architecture and design, hydrology, geology and topology, contamination, insulation, M&E, project management and energy.  Disputes range from low-value domestic developments to very substantial flagship developments by governments and local authorities and claims relating to highways and bridges and statutory undertakers.

I think he did a damn good job, I have to say, in trying to corral a group of in-house lawyers. Some of the debate that I saw going on was the first time probably in 10 years that I had seen as valuable a debate being progressed and I think that was excellent.
