Stuart has mediated the following disputes:

• Claim for rescission for misdescription of identity of previous owners of 1968 Ferrari, and counterclaims for price of accompanying purchase of a Maserati Sebring. 

• Group actions including for medical devices.

• Claims between gamblers and betting and spread-betting companies. 

• Claim for breach of contract for the promotion of online competition-entering services for consumers of online shopping platform. 

• Claim for damages for defective swimming pool in a residential property.

I thought he was very good actually. It wasn't an easy case - the parties were pretty entrenched. On the day of the mediation he did what he could to keep it going, and even afterwards he kept up the lines of contact and it was through him eventually we were able to negotiate a settlement. I was just impressed with his tenacity that he kept going.
