Stuart has mediated the full range of claims by IPs, often involving litigation funders and funding models, and up to a value of £500m.  In addition to the usual claims against directors, disputes have involved claims against IPs (including for dishonesty and excessive remuneration), the failure of tax avoidance schemes, disputed IPRs, foreign law considerations, insurer insolvency and FSCS and challenges to corporate restructuring.
