Stuart Chapman
Independent Mediator
Neighbour and Boundary disputes are often entrenched, and relatively costly (financially and emotionally) compared to the financial value of the issue in dispute. Often a site visit, and a meeting with each party in their own property is helpful. Stuart has a good body of experience of these disputes including disputes between residential neighbours, sometimes involving aggression of varying degrees, up to and including the use of firearms, disputes with neighbouring churches and businesses, group actions for nuisance and claims for contamination by farmers and other neighbours and disputes over rights of way and restrictive covenants.
